Hi. So when a show reaches the 88 episodes mark, cable channels can start airing the repeat episodes, 5 nights a week. Like this, the 88 episodes can air 3 times a year. When a show gets three seasons of 66 episodes (or close), they are usually renewed for a fourth season to reach the 88 episodes mark, so the original network can earn money. For your own TV shows get on syndication, you'll have to wait at least 4 seasons to see them on cable networks.

I'll add the 7pm time slot everyday to the cable networks, so they can air the show 5 times a week (or more).
